A Truly Beautiful Experience!

The reception area is nice, including both the restaurant and terrace. The room was clean and the bed provided a really comfortable sleep.
I found the hotel to be overpriced, especially since the 24-hour room service stopped at 11 PM. I only desired a couple of soft drinks, so I was disappointed by the limited availability.

levi checked me in he was polite i found the location close to all the routes i needed secure parking was available i chose this hotel because of the nearby shops and canalside walks the hotel was excellent i had an executive room on the 9th floor it was light and spacious.
the hotel is grey i found it uninspired

My room was a great size and had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Electric car charging points are available in the car park, a useful feature.
The air conditioning in my room was not effective , it kept turning itself off after a few minutes. This made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

i found the breakfast amazing. there was a wide range of gluten free options available, which i really appreciated. the staff were very helpful and the decor was beautiful!!!
i found that 24 hour room service stopped at 11pm. i only wanted a couple soft drinks. the internet was janky.
